Friends, the company has successfully completed each of its projects till date. Now we will discuss about our future plans.
Jharkhand is a developing state and we have to put in our 100% effort for its progress and development. We are businessmen and it is through our business that we can help others. For this we have decided that each of the 24 districts and 35 sub-divisions of Jharkhand, we shall put up a unit of our enterprise and produce employment opportunities for the youths of poor families. This has two advantages- first, there will be a boost in the confidence of these youths, and second, they will come to know of their skills and capabilities.

EDUCATION
Friends, we still have to work a lot in the sphere of education, for this we have decided that in each subdivision of the state, a unit of TEJASWINI COACHING CENTRE will be set up. In these centers children of backward and poor families will be given free coaching till 10th STD. The name TEJASWINI has been adopted to create an interest and awareness among the female students. This centre will provide notebooks, books, and other accessories for the girls for free. If these students score good percentage in the board exams, we will arrange for their higher education. Every year five of these girls will be chosen for the scholarship by the centre and the centre will bear all expenses for their education.

The condition of B. Ed courses in the state is indeed depressing. Students are forced to go outstation to pursue the course and acquire the degree, they fall prey to the vicious trap of agents, who charge large sum of money to get them admissions to various colleges or universities outside the state. But now the scenario is going to change, for this we are deciding upon starting a B. Ed college here at Jamshedpur and if all is well, this plan will be put into action by 2012.

BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTIONS
Now RAJ RETAILS GROUP has taken a step towards building and construction. Our plan is to provide flats for the middle income group people at low cost. Land has been purchased in Bihar for this project and soon work will commence on this. To start this project on the land of Jharkhand will take some more time but whenever it will be done, it will definitely cater to the needs and budget of the target group. The workforce or the laborers that will be employed in this project will be in our direct contact and not through labor contractors or other such agencies. The advantage of such arrangement is, these laborers will get their rightful wages.

DRINKING WATER
Whenever we attend any parties or receptions, usually, we are impressed to see the arrangement of drinking water because there was arrangement for mineral water instead of the plain drinking water, besides other arrangements. Due to the cost factor, common man can only imagine of including it in the menu. We shall help common people to transform this imagination to reality and will arrange for the availability of mineral water even in the villages, so that even a farmer will be able to afford to include mineral water in his menu. This is our plan at the primary level which shall be put into action by the end of the year.

We will provide safe drinking water at low cost for the common people. This will be available in 1 lit, 2 lit, and 15 lit gallons, at all such places where people need it the most.
