Friends it is said that,” Keep courage, try honestly and never stop dreaming”, because dreams do come true and the name of one such dream which has transformed into reality is RAJ RETAILS GROUP.

During my childhood days, whenever I visited the metro cities and saw the big shopping complexes, I often imagined that someday my town will also have such complexes and I WILL MAKE THEM. It was a childish imagination and the elders  of my family thought that my dreams are too big to be fulfilled, but I couldn’t cease to dream. It has been rightly said, “Where there is a will, there is a way”, and I got companions of the same path to the same destination. After 6 years of vigorous effort we finally succeeded to realize our big dream.

Our vision was – to provide employment to all youths of the middleclass families who really want to achieve something, we took them along in our journey- here it is worth mentioning that we come from Jadugora, a small town 20kms away from Jamshedpur, where maximum people were from tribal background, and so people considered it as a backward, undeveloped village, and people from such an area shall never progress.

We took upon ourselves to change the face of this region and started on our plan to put in action, faced numerous hurdles, sometimes it seemed that we would  never reach our destination, but then again we were reminded of our dream, and we would be back to attain our aim with double the determination.

Today Jadugora has a completely different picture, lifestyle and living standard of its residents have changed, our dream has changed to reality and is standing tall-RAJ RETAILS GROUP has its own grand restaurant, a Grand hotel, a Yoga and meditation centre and multi - gym,-is saying its success story.

Besides these many of our projects are in course of its development, but our mission has not yet  been accomplished, we still have to go and will join each and every youth of the socially backward class in our team, so that the society changes its view regarding them and to prove to the world once again that success  comes only through hard work and determination.
